What is your return policy?

We accept returns on full-priced items when notified within 72 hours of receiving an order. Except for special cases (defective merchandise, wrong item, etc), the customer will pay the return shipping cost. If we have made a mistake with your order or your item was defective, please – contact us here- sales@tempoartworks.com.

Ineligible items: 

  • Monogrammed or custom/personalized items
  • Made to order items
  • Sale and/or clearance items
  • Items damaged through misuse and/or not following proper care and use guidelines.

What is your refund policy?

Please read our return/exchange policy first. Most returns will process in approximately 1-2 weeks (depending on your method of return). A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment and will post approximately 2 days after the processing date. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.

Do you ship outside the contiguous 48 states and/or offer international shipping?

We are unable to ship outside the contiguous 48 states at this time. 

Are you able to ship to a Post Office Box? 

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to a P.O Box.

Is it possible to get something totally custom made?

We love to create! Give us a call at 888-489-3426 or at info@tempoartworks.com and let us know what you have in mind. We’ll do a little brainstorming with you, decide if it’s something we can do (or have the time to do) and give you a price and estimated delivery time.  

How long will it take to get my order?

Items that are in stock will typically ship within 3 business days of order/payment. We will send you an email confirming your order and estimated ship date. Please note that custom orders (especially involving resin) can take a month or more to produce. Resin takes approximately 30 days to completely cure. Of course, there is also the time involved to make the item. We can give you an idea on the timeframe of custom orders when we have a chance to talk.

 Do you offer specials or discounts when ordering multiple items?

We will be offering clearance items and special offers soon. Since we are a brand-new company, we are still getting all our little baby ducklings in a row. Social media, mailing lists, newsletters, blogs, etc. will be coming soon and we hope to have all kinds of fun offers and incentives. We so appreciate your patience :0) 

Where are your products made?

All our products are lovingly handcrafted at our studio in sunny Sacramento, CA, USA! Items may include some materials from other countries (woods, fasteners, embellishments, clockworks, etc). Design and construction is proudly made in the USA.
